Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to offer a seamless shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and neatly display merchandise.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Keep track of inventory, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
