Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained. Your duties will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate clearly with the team and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
