Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays
• Assist customers with shopping, providing exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations
• Capability to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
