Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus.
