Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, assist with inventory management, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and fulfill assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, follow policies, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
