Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to elevate the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
