Job Title: Full Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers, follow cash policies, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
