Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol handling.
