Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate cash registers and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
