Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers
• Knowledge of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
