Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
