We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
