Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
