Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, the leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's presentation, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and handle cashiering duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register, equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
