Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Aldi team, following company guidelines, and providing a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures

Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18+
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
