Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and carry out general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
