Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers and communicating effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
