Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe handling of equipment
• General cleaning skills
• Strong communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compliance with state and local alcohol sales regulations

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is beneficial
• Combination of education and experience
