Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
