Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure accurate cashiering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
