Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
