Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly.
• Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience is accepted.
