Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
