Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a neat and organized store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
