Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
