Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
