Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains excellent standards for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document and data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
