Job Description

We are hiring a passionate Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies to ensure minimal losses
• Comply with company policies and maintain document and data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage handling and sale

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous
