Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security
• Perform various physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and other equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
