Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and help monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
