Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store remains organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow cleanliness standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
