Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe use of equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Ability to interpret and apply policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
