Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
