Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent store appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register effectively.
• Capable of using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
