Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
