Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service by following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to improve the overall shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
