Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Follow cash handling policies and adhere to company procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
