Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
