Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain cleanliness, and handle products safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment like floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
