Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
