Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, give feedback on products, and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting goods up to 45 pounds, and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cashier skills and ability to operate store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
