Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain company standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
