Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and assisting with merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
