Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly display merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures, uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well independently or in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
