Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Safe and proper equipment operation
• General cleaning duties compliance
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
