Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling inventory and cash transactions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
