Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Compliance with state and local regulations regarding alcohol sales (if applicable)

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail is preferred
• Equivalency in education and experience will be considered
