Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to deliver exceptional service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
