Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on inventory, product issues, and contribute to inventory monitoring and management.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
