Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Meet local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
